What does that mean? That means believing in a “people first” mentality, building high-performance teams and empowering people to make informed decisions without going through a large bureaucratic system. Cobec Engagement

Connecting virtually is powerful, convenient, and has its limitations. Even working in the same office space might not inherently create connections and networks.

Cobec hosts intentional gatherings with the purpose of cultivating engagement and relationship building.

Ranging from a winter weekend trip to a local ski resort to an hour-long plant arranging workshop, these gatherings have evolved and changed as Cobec grows. Through this evolution, the heart and purpose remains the same - engaging the people at Cobec.

Past events include group lunches, social hours, company picnics, chili cook-offs, Halloween costume parties, baseball games, karaoke nights, holiday parties, a kickball team, terrarium building workshops, and more.

Cobec in the Community

Cobec dedicates resources to giving back to the community, and our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is integrated into our culture with an active committee and regular activities.

From Rock Creek Park clean-ups, to school and household supply and food drives, and a partnership supporting homework help and more at Horton’s Kids—we show up consistently and with dedication.

Cobec began setting up this technological infrastructure years before the world abruptly moved to remote work, ensuring the transition was simple and effective.
